Requesting a refund

To apply for a refund of your unused balance, scan the QR code on the back of your wristband and follow the on-screen steps. We can only process refunds to European IBAN accounts. If you don’t have one, you can one up easily and for free via platforms like Revolut or Wise.

Steps

1. Scan the QR code on the back of your wristband. Check your balance.
2. Click on request refund
3. Fill in your details (first name, name, email, IBAN)
4. Fill in the amount you would like to get back
5. The transaction cost is €1

Refund period

June 25 – July 15. After that, unclaimed balances will go towards our Landcare Project.

Once processed, refunds will take about 2 weeks to arrive to your account.

NIF requests (Portugal)

If you're a Portuguese taxpayer and would like to enter your NIF for tax purposes, here's 2 ways of doing so:

1. Scan the QR code on the back of your wristband, click the 'klingeling cashback' link, and fill out the 'link NIF to wristband' form.
2. Go directly to the form via tinyurl.com/klingeling-cashback.

All purchases made with your wristband will be reported to the Portuguese tax authorities by the end of July.
