For fraud prevention reasons, tickets are currently not downloadable, but they can be sold within a sealed environment. Here’s how:
What, where, when?
- TicketSwap is the place to be for ticket resale.
- You can not sell your tickets in any other way. The only way to change the name is via TicketSwap.
- Your actual ticket will not be downloadable until June 1st, 2026.
- You don’t need a PDF to resell your tickets, it happens in a sealed environment.
- Names are automatically adjusted to the name of the new buyer.
How to resell your ticket?
- In your Paylogic confirmation email, click the button ‘manage order’.
- Click on ‘more actions’ and ‘Sell on TicketSwap’.
- Select the ticket you would like to sell and follow the steps.
- The maximum price your ticket can be sold at is the price you paid for it, excluding Paylogic services fees.
- The buyer pays 7% service costs on the listed price, plus 3% transaction costs.
How to sell your ticket to a friend?
- In your Paylogic confirmation email, click the button ‘manage order’.
- Click on ‘more actions’ and ‘Sell on TicketSwap’.
- At the last step on TicketSwap click ‘sell privately’.
- Enter the email address of your friend (the one they used to register on TicketSwap).
- They’ll receive an invitation email, you can also send them the private link.
- The maximum price your ticket can be sold at is the price you paid for it, excluding Paylogic services fees.
- The buyer pays 7% service costs on the listed price, plus 3% transaction costs.
Waste deposit
If you’ve been to Waking Life before, you’ll remember the separate ticket for the waste deposit. Great news, no need no more :) Upon entry into the festival, a 'waste deposit token’ will be loaded directly onto your wristband. This will all be automated, also hassle-free for the resale of your ticket.
